Questions and answers on international shipping

Our web site currently does not accept international orders except those from Canada. Foreign e-mail addresses are not accepted. However, we do ship internationally if an order total and shipping are paid in advance. To get an estimate on shipping, please visit shipping companie's web site at www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, or www.usps.gov. You can get an estimate on the shipping weight from our shipping estimate table. Once you estimated the shipping cost, you can place your order with us (order items, total, and shipping cost) by e-mail to order@directron.com or fax to 713-772-9393. We may have to adjust the shipping cost if necessary. Once confirmed we'll send you information on how to wire-transfer the money to pay for the order.
